Founded by Vishakha Abbi, a British-trained Nurse in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities with over a decade of experience in launching behaviour and assessment services for the NHS, eventually becoming the Head of Clinical Services for a private complex care and mental health service in the UK.   Vishakha developed skills in understanding behaviour science and merging this experience with psychological principles to develop the PATHWAYS method to implement change and priduce results quickly. 

Mind Path UAE offers sharp, culturally adaptive consultancy and training for individuals, teams, schools, and businesses across the UAE.

Vishakha’s background spans crisis care, forensic services, corporate wellbeing, and high-level clinical leadership with a special interest in cultural inclusivity.

She’s delivered urgent behavioural strategy response support to survivors of the Grenfell Tower tragedy, led behavioural support for families in conjuction with NHS and Social services and trained multidisciplinary teams internationally including the Metropolitan Police.

Now based in the UAE, her focus is on delivering practical, no-nonsense behavioural tools that create immediate impact; not vague theory.  Featured in publications such as Gulf News and Kaleej Times.
